Ginger Baker’s Autobiography.
Anyone who has ever seen excepts from Ginger Baker’s film documenting his travels across the Sahara may know what to expect from this book. Its rather an entertaining account from a pretty interesting musician who has had a long and diverse career. I’m not particularly a big cream fan but the parts on his work in West Africa are excellent. You can’t help imagining his thick cockney accent sound tracking each passage of the book.
